Groups & Events

Connection. Community. Shared Growth.

At Evolve Wellbeing Psychology, we believe that meaningful connection is a cornerstone of emotional wellbeing.
Our Groups & Events are designed to bring people together in safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces where individuals can learn, share, and grow alongside others.

Whether you’re attending a community event, joining a therapeutic group, or connecting with others who share similar experiences, our aim is to foster a sense of belonging and reduce the isolation that can often come with life’s challenges.

All of our groups are thoughtfully developed with emotional safety in mind, and are facilitated by experienced psychologists who are trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and skilled in managing group dynamics.

Bookings are essential for all groups and events.

Group Therapy

You don’t have to do this alone

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to explore your experiences in a supportive environment with others who may be navigating similar challenges. Guided by a qualified clinician, these sessions provide both therapeutic support and practical tools, while also creating space for connection and shared understanding.

Our group therapy programs may focus on areas such as:

  • Anxiety and stress management

  • Parenting and families

  • Emotional regulation and resilience

  • Trauma Processing (Somatics, EMDR)

  • Neurodiversity-affirming support

  • Social connection and relationship skills

Groups are intentionally kept small to ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for all participants.

The Circle of Security Parenting™ program is an evidence-based, 8-week group designed to support parents and caregivers to better understand their child’s emotional needs and strengthen secure attachment. Grounded in attachment theory, the program helps caregivers recognise their child’s cues, understand the “circle” of exploration and connection, and respond in ways that build safety, trust, and resilience. Participants are supported to reflect on their own responses, learn to “be with” their child’s emotions, and develop practical strategies for navigating everyday parenting challenges with confidence.

Facilitated by Cassia, this small, supportive group provides a safe space for reflection, learning, and connection with other parents. Each session combines guided discussion, video-based learning, and practical insights that can be applied at home. The Circle of Security Parenting™ approach is widely recognised for strengthening parent–child relationships and supporting children’s emotional development, while also empowering caregivers with a deeper understanding of themselves and their parenting.

Bookings limited to 6 parents/guardians per group.
