Workshops & Groups
At Evolve Wellbeing Psychology, we recognise that one the key cornerstones of emotional wellbeing for all human beings is connection. We aim to incorporate workshops, events and group facilitations to empower, strengthen and nurture our community.
All of our workshops and events are developed with emotional safety in mind, and are designed to be genuinely inclusive and socially supportive. Our workshops are lead by professionally trained and certified psychologists, with an acute awareness of trauma, neurodiversity and group dynamics.
Bookings are essential.
“Life can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone.”
