Preventing Burn Out in 2023

New Year, New Me, No Burnout!

It’s only February and this sentiment is already slipping away as the many stresses of work and life are picking up again, it’s almost as though the New Year didn’t even happen.

How do we get on top of it and manage the stress now, so that hopefully we can prevent burnout showing up at all this year?

Here are three tips to help:

  1. Practice Self-care

    Eat the good stuff

    Get regular sleep

    Prioritise activities that fill your cup.

  2. Set Boundaries

    It is okay to say no!

    Take breaks when you need to

    Share the love and the workload, delegate tasks where you can

  3. Make Time For Connection

    Reach out for support

    Connect with your tribe

    Spend quality time

Remember that taking care of yourself is imperative to taking care of others!
