About me

I have many years experience providing counselling and family therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
I have a warm and compassionate approach and invite individuals to explore future possibilities and find new ways of navigating problems and distress. My approach is non-judgemental, empathic, and focused on helping my clients express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely, build on strengths, and make helpful changes to their lives.

I am passionate about helping people overcome difficulties and barriers in their lives. I am interested in working across the lifespan, in particular with children and families.

I work from a systemic and humanistic approach.
I tailor counselling sessions to support the needs of each individual I work with. I use a range of different evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including:
