We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.

About Jenni

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and comfortable place to talk. My heart is to help people through difficult seasons of life, whether you are a new parent, going through a divorce, in a problematic relationship, experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression, or just having a tough time figuring life out.

I am a wife, and a mother of two adult sons and I enjoy working with people across the lifespan. Previously a primary school teacher, I have special interest in helping adolescent women navigate issues around identity and self-esteem. I can offer a Christian worldview if requested.

I am a provisional psychologist with training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
