About Me
Daryna is a provisional psychologist with experience in supporting clients across the lifespan using evidence-based, collaborative, and person-centred approaches. Whilst training as a psychologist, she worked with vulnerable individuals during periods of risk and crisis in the public sector. This background has equipped her with the ability to remain grounded, compassionate, and practical when guiding clients through challenging or stressful life experiences.
Daryna has a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults with acute or chronic mental health concerns. With a passion for working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities, she integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths.
