Our mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour, and some style.

About Danielle

I am passionate about all things nature, food, and animals.

I love to understand people and help them feel seen and heard. I enjoy working across the lifespan and find joy in working with children and families through play therapy, as well as working with adults with trauma.

I strive to work from a strength-based approach to help individuals identify their unique qualities and attributes that tell the story of who they are and where they have come from.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship built with clients is sacred and the most important factor to improve well-being. My goal is to always create a space of safety and connection.

I have a special interest in the gut-brain relationship as well as somatic therapies that explore the mind-body connection. I am also an Equine Psychotherapist and enjoy combining my love of the outdoors, animals and mental health.
