About Me

As a dedicated psychologist supporting individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including relationship difficulties, eating disorders and body image concerns, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety (both social and generalised), sexual health, adjustment challenges, and issues related to perfectionism and self-esteem for teens and adults.

My approach focuses on helping you build a stronger sense of self, improve emotional regulation, and create a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I aim to provide a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can better understand yourself, develop practical skills, and feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions.

Guided by evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), CBT for Eating Disorders (CBT-E) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM).
