I am a registered psychologist with a strong focus on complex trauma and relational healing. I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore the parts of your story that may have felt overwhelming, misunderstood, or carried alone.

I have particular depth in working with trauma, attachment wounds, personality vulnerability, and long-standing patterns that can feel difficult to shift.
