Psychologist & Clinical Lead

About Me

I am a registered psychologist with a strong focus on complex trauma and relational healing. I am passionate about creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore the parts of your story that may have felt overwhelming, misunderstood, or carried alone.

I believe meaningful change happens within a steady, respectful therapeutic relationship. My aim is to provide a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental environment where we can make sense of your experiences together and work towards lasting change at a pace that feels manageable for you.

Much of my work involves supporting people who have experienced complex trauma, attachment wounds, personality disorders, and long-standing patterns that can feel difficult to understand or shift. Many of the ways we cope today were once adaptive responses to difficult experiences. Together, we explore how these patterns developed, whether they still serve you, and how you can move toward new ways of responding that align better with the life you want to live.

My approach is body-informed, evidence-based, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate somatic therapy principles, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches depending on your goals and circumstances. I value using clear, everyday language so therapy feels understandable, collaborative, and empowering.

Clients often describe my style as calm, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical, balancing curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based strategies to help you create meaningful change.
