About Phillipa

Phillipa is a seasoned mental health clinician who offers a respectful and collaborative approach to healing through psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in supporting those who wish to reclaim their lives from the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and loss.

Meeting with Phillipa can support you in gaining increased clarity and exploring new possibilities for life through her empathetic inquiry and gentle, attuned presence. She has seven years of tertiary education in counselling, political science, community development and early childhood development and has close to two decades of experience supporting people with their challenges. She enjoys using therapeutic modalities that will assist you in deepening your understanding of yourself.


Phillipa has completed specialist training in developmental and relational trauma, including domestic and sexual abuse, attachment and neuro-affective approaches. She is a committed lifelong learner and is currently extending her skills through a Master of Psychotherapy.
Phillipa looks forward to meeting with you and offering a meeting place characterised by compassion, connection, and relational sensitivity.


Phillipa accepts private clients, NDIS self-managed plan participants (including parent sessions), workcover and EAP clients.
