About Phil

Phil works with young people and adults, from all cultures and often with experiences of significant trauma. He brings a positive approach to periods of transition and change, and provides support in times of anxiety, depression, and crisis.

Phil draws on a range of therapeutic modalities to develop psychological insight and flexibility. He enjoys exploring vocational pathways and assisting to navigate complex employment and workplace issues.

When away from his clinical work, Phil spends much of his time with extended family and friends, travelling, cycling and mountain biking. His aspirational goal is to sail the Mediterranean.
