I am a registered psychologist and a Clinical Psychology registrar. My belief is to have a collaborative and client-directed approach to therapy, driven by authenticity and compassion. I aspire to support individuals in enhancing understanding (of themselves and their difficulties), developing coping skills, and building a valued and meaningful life.

My experience has been working with clients within hospital settings, government organizations and in private practice. I work with older children, adolescents, and adults with a range of presenting concerns, including but not limited to; depression, adjustment difficulties, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, specific phobias, obsessive-compulsive, self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, stress management, and grief and loss.

I have drawn from an integration of evidence based interventions when working with clients; including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational approaches.
