Learning isn’t a way of reaching one’s potential but rather a way of developing it.

About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in treating adults with mental health difficulties, such as anxiety and depression, as well as assisting people through difficult life circumstances and transitions. I strongly believe in empowering people to take charge of their mental health and I take a holistic approach to improving clients well-being.

Areas of interest

My experience is quite extensive, working with adults who have experienced trauma and a range of other mental health conditions, including eating disorders, dissociation, depression, anxiety, phobias and OCD. I have specialized for the last 6 years in treating addictions, such as alcohol, illicit and prescription drug use and gambling.

I like to draw from multiple frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
