About me

My approach to therapy is compassionate, thoughtful and honest. I have a huge interest in all human experience, and am dedicated to understanding others and supporting them to lead more emotionally fulfilling lives. It takes great courage to attend therapy. Trust, openness, and equality within the therapeutic relationship is very important.

Areas of expertise

As a registered psychologist, I have practiced across a variety of settings including community mental health services, hospitals, and government organisations.

I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and children with a range
